WebI've been on Citalopram for two weeks now, and I had my dosage upped today from 10mg to 20mg. The side effects that I have experienced are nausia, excessive sweating and trouble getting to sleep. However it really does not bother me that much, the pros of the drug outweigh the side effect ten fold.
