Sonographic examination revealed a solitary, well defined, oval, hypoechoic mass lesion with linear internal reflections within in the right submandibular space (Fig. 1 a). The right submandibular gland was seen separately. WebOblique Left submandibular gland shows presence of a well defined hypoechoic lesion with posterior acoustic enhancement and internal vascularity without calcifications in its superficial lobe consistent with a pleomorphic adenoma. Right submandibular gland is normal. Case Discussion Biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of pleomorphic adenoma.
