Webb16 apr. 2015 · I've had an increase in red spots in the skin recently - I'm late 30s. Some are little cherry angiomas (raised bumps), some like tiny pinpricks. They're bright red. I too was panicking until I looked them up! If you are worried see your GP who will be able to check them out for you.
